DRAFT BEQUEST CLAUSE TO THE BOUDDI FOUNDATION FOR THE ARTS
I bequeath [specific $ amount] or [the whole/a percentage/ residue of my estate] to The Bouddi Society Inc. ABN 32 280 095 846 of PO Box 4081 Wagstaffe NSW, 2257 to hold in its gift fund known as The Bouddi Foundation for the Arts (the Foundation) and to apply the funds for the object and authorised activities and purposes of the Foundation as the managing committee of the Foundation decides.
Optional [I express the wish without creating a binding trust, and subject always to the absolute discretion and approval of the managing committee of the Foundation, that the funds be used and applied for the purposes of [insert your areas of interest for grantmaking or describe your preferred purpose e.g. to support a particular arts discipline] [E.g. providing assistance to young persons aged 30 years or younger wishing to develop their artistic talents in the field of classical music] or should that purpose be discontinued I wish that my bequest be applied in a similar or allied field of the arts, or such other purposes as most closely matches my intentions.]
I give this bequest be free from all duties. The receipt of this bequest by any authorised officer of The Bouddi Society Inc. ABN 32 280 095 846 of PO Box 4081 Wagstaffe NSW, 2257 shall form valid discharge to my executor.
